Welcome to My English Literature Resource Hub!
Guiding students through the world of English Literature.
I’m Bill Toomey, an experienced English Literature teacher at Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury, MA. With a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts and a Master’s in English Literature and Pedagogy from Seton Hall University, I’ve spent years helping students develop a love for literature while honing their critical thinking and analytical skills.
My teaching philosophy centers on making English literature both engaging and accessible. Whether you’re a high school student preparing for the AP English Literature exam or a fellow educator seeking teaching resources, my goal is to provide tools that foster deeper reading, stronger writing, and a lasting appreciation for literary works.
